Happy easter everyone!
I do hope everyone had a happy easter and experienced some quality time with family and friends.
As funeral workers, we are fully aware how difficult it can be for many of our clients and colleagues during these special events. Easter can be especially difficult for parents who have lost a child. Many bereaved families say they have difficulty in “getting into the spirit” of these holidays even if there are other children in the family. A family trip or change of climate, doing something totally different, can be helpful in getting through the first few holidays. It also begins the painful but necessary work of setting new traditions. Take this time to take care of yourself and those you love.

Another student qualifies this year! Congratulations to Amy Lutze (VIC) for completing her Certificate IV in Embalming – our most recent graduate!
MFE would also like to welcome Krystal (Red) Durant from QLD into our student cohort.
Congratulations to our Head Tutor, Ian Warren, for completing the update to the Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. It takes much dedication, time and commitment to remain qualified for our students and MFE is grateful to have such a person leading our team.
